 I'm always looking for features that are helpful to my customers. I have had several new features implemented on my site:
  • You may notice many listings will have larger photos! You can access these by pressing the Pictures button directly under the home description.
  • You can now search by school district including primary and secondary schools! This was a highly requested feature.
  • We also included several innovative features that allow you to order the results to get to what you want!


While every buyer I work with has unique needs, desires and wants in a home, generally they either express that they are looking for a home to move right into, or they are looking for deal and don't mind a little sweat equity as long has they get one at a reasonable price. These new result ordering features may help.

Just under the submit button on the home search you will find something called Result Order. There are three values: Normal , Favor Move in Ready, Favor Deals/Fixer Uppers. Normal just orders the results by price as it always has. Favor Move in Ready will return the homes that appear to be in move in condition earlier. Favor Deals/Fixer Uppers will return the ones that are more reasonably priced sooner in the search. The same homes will be returned no mater which option is selected, only the result order will be changed. As always the results are only as good as the MLS data it is based on. Agent mistakes can affect how well priced a home appears to be, but in general if a home is priced well, it will likely appear earlier in the results so you can find it sooner.
