In February of this year, I initiated a family relocation to Rochester and from the very start of my home search to my actual relocation in April, I was fortunate to have Lynette Bates leading this endeavor. I needed to purchase two townhomes, one for myself and one for my parents, and was working with a short time frame in which to accomplish this. Lynette devoted an entire weekend (Fri aft, Sat, Sun) to facilitate my search and taking me to see a variety of townhomes. She then handled all paperwork associated with the purchase of the two townhomes and also connected me with a lender who was able to handle the financing of both townhomes. She kept me appraised of the progress on my new townhome, which was in the middle of construction, so that it would be finished for me to move into on my move date. She also attended walk-throughs and closings on the two homes and ensured we were happy and satisfied with our new townhomes.

I would never have able to accomplish all this without Lynette's knowledge of the Rochester market, her expertise in the logistics and requirements of purchasing a townhome here, and her positive, can do attitude which encourage me throughout the relocation process. I knew I could depend on her knowledge and had full confidence she would make this a successful relocation for my family.
